Refund policy

We want you to love your clothing as much as you love the music.

Because Sky Titan Media products are made on-demand, we follow a return policy that balances sustainability, fairness, and transparency. Last updated January 2, 2026.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We can not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
  • This includes changes of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong item (excluding footwear sizing — see below).

Footwear Size Replacements (FREE)

  • We offer free size replacements on all footwear. Its always best to contact us before sending any items back.
  • To qualify:
    • Shoes must be unworn
    • Returned to our Austin, TX HQ (Contact us first though)
  • Once received, we will ship a replacement size at no additional cost.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • These issues are considered our responsibility
  • We will cover all associated costs

Claims must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of delivery for damaged/defective items
  • 7 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages

Errors on Our Part

Any issue determined to be an error on our part will be:
