So first off, any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
Due to the on demand nature of our business we can’t offer returns and exchanges on buyers remorse but if your order arrives misprinted/damaged/defective, please let us know by contacting us at info@skytitanmedia.com and we will absolutely work to make it right!
Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Anything deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
