You’re right that the tracking experience was confusing. There was a delay caused by a regional freeze, and the carrier’s tracking system didn’t reflect the package’s actual movement in real time. When we checked directly with the courier, we were able to confirm they were already nearby and they arrived shortly after.
We understand how frustrating that must have felt.
As for the build: our canvas sneakers are stitched and reinforced, and like most new canvas footwear they can feel a bit stiff at first and may have a temporary adhesive smell from production. That typically fades quickly once they air out and begin breaking in.
We design them to look exactly as shown online and we’re glad they met that expectation for you.
