Hey David, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel your sneakers were up to your expectations. We work very hard testing our designs, stress testing the sneakers and triple checking the quality. If you have any pictures you could send us so we can see the issue that would be a huge help. If there is a manufacturing error, we can definitely replace them for you. So I loved the design and I was looking for high top chucks to lift with and ride in. I was blown away when I got them, the packaging had foam around the box itself and arrived earlier than expected too. They are padded around the ankles and up so no break in period needed, and super comfortable to walk and stand in (flat footed). Day one I got on the bike and hit it hard, no dirt actually stuck to the canvas or rubber, laces are tough so get some elastic ones to trade out if you don’t want them skate board tight. I’m lucky and glad I came across them on IG, they we’re communicating every step of the way and answering any questions I had. Sick company, support small businesses. For lifting, riding, or whatever, these are the best shoes hands down.
