The Sky Titan Media LLC mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Sky Titan Media LLC (“Sky Titan Media,” “we,” or “us”). By using or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sky Titan Media LLC through your wireless provider, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or other technology.

Message types may include, but are not limited to:

Order confirmations and shipping updates
Account or service notifications
Promotional messages, offers, and announcements
Cart reminders

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Service.

Sky Titan Media does not charge for SMS messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Service at any time.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message
After confirmation, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe

If you are subscribed to multiple Sky Titan Media SMS programs, you must opt out of each separately unless otherwise required by law.

Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation may vary and is subject to change.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Mobile Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Phone Number Changes

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-subscribe with your new number. We are not responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer control.

Privacy

Your participation in the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data related to SMS communications.

Limitation of Liability
